Meeting 24th Sept 2008
Proposed topics of conversation:
- New Project Manager
- Trac upgrades (blog, akismet, comment deletion)
- Proposed new features
- Team members (developers, testers, documentation)
Resulting action items:
- Russ Johnson will research ways to connect skype to land lines so we can bridge a skype conference call and a land line call
- Doug Hughes will pay for non-free things to support the project, so long as they're not insane.
- Doug Hughes will send this todo list to everyone at the end of the meeting.
- Jeff will add plugins and upgrades to Trac to support Mark's requests.
- Tom Chiverton will create a devs mailing list via google groups and document in trac and assign Mark and Doug as managers. Others can be assigned later. (Done - devs mailing list)
- Jeff Chastain will manage the creation of groups and rights for reactor commiters to svn at a point when we know what he will need to create.
- Mark Drew will decide on the groups and what right levels they want.
- Jeff will check who currently has commit rights to Reactor SVN
- Tom Chiverton will post a message to the mailing list inviting people who want to get involved in development to out themselves and to be added to the devs mailing list. (Done)
- Mark Drew will create an RFC Document Template
